While celebrating our diversity in skills and trainings, we all share a mission to support people in unifying their bodies, minds and souls. Our collective work is facilitating greater wholeness and self-realization for all people. We envisioned a place we could call “home”, a place where people can access a variety of form on their journey

The name, Alchemy, which essentially means a process of transformation, was chosen in an “a-ha” moment over tea, where eyes lit up and voices rang out! Alchemy to us means a shift in ways of being and seeing. Alchemy recognized the power of integrating science and the mystical realm, creative arts and medicine. We realized that this historical scientific practice, founded in name during medieval Europe, could be reclaimed now within a more modern paradigm to signify a transformative process that honours one’s history, culture, body-mind integration and community. And so, Alchemy came to be.

We are now overjoyed to share this creation with you, where you can take classes, attend workshops and special events, rent space for rehearsals or performances, and take solace and refuge from the wider world, as you move both deeper “inwards” to yourself and “outwards” into your rightful place in community.
